REGISTRATION

     Registration Begins February 9 for the 2012-2013 School Year


Registration is taken on a first come, first served basis and will be considered complete when the classes have reached their licensed capacity. Registration begins in February and will close once  capacity is reached. After that time, a waiting list will be compiled and preschool positions will be filled when slots become available. To enroll your child complete the registration form and return it to the preschool office. Parents agree to the following parent responsibilities upon enrollment of their child in the preschool program.

Registration for the 2012-2013 school year will be as follows:

Wednesday    February 8    8:30-11:30 AM   Currently enrolled families and alumni families

Thursday        February 9    8:30-11:30 AM   Registered Holy Apostles & other Diocesan parish Families

Monday          February 13   8:30-11:30 AM  All other families

Any remaining spaces will continue to be filled after February 13 until classes are full.

At registration you will be required to pay the necessary registration fee of $95 plus one half of a month’s tuition. Both of these are non–refundable. Paying fees on registration day is required to guarantee your child’s placement for fall.

Prior to starting preschool, your child must have all of his/her immunizations up to date and must have evidence of a current physical. Enrollment forms will be given to you at the time of registration. Children will NOT be allowed to start school until all the necessary forms are in. Plan ahead to have enrollment forms completed and submitted in by August 1.

Classes are held Monday through Friday from 9:00-11:30 a.m. and from 12:15 to 2:45 p.m.  Monday through Thursday.

TUITION for 2012-2013 SCHOOL YEAR:
2 days per week - $160 per month
3 days per week - $190 per month
4 days per week - $240 per month

REGISTRATION FEE:

$95 per familiy (non-refundable)
