Trying to decide if our schools are right for you? We invite you to contact one of our schools to schedule a tour and to meet the principal! You may also decide to have your child spend a day at the school so they can follow a student from his or her grade throughout a school day. For school contact information, please click here.
Apply to our Schools
If you are interested in applying to one of our elementary or middle schools, please download and complete an Intent to Enroll Form and submit it to your preferred location with your $150 per student non-refundable registration fee. The Unified Catholic Schools do not discriminate based upon race, ethnicity, or physical handicap. We open our doors to students of all faiths, Catholic and non-Catholic alike.
Once you have submitted your Intent to Enroll Form, please talk to a school representative to obtain school specific enrollment forms. If you are transferring from another school, your child will need to complete a placement test conducted by a school administrator. Please note that this is not an admissions test, but rather an assessment designed to provide us with the best placement for your child within our schools.
