Application Process

The Application Process for prospective students includes the following:

1.  Complete and submit Inquiry Form
 and $150 per student non-refundable application fee to the office at Ave Maria Catholic School.  Upon receipt of the Inquiry Form and the $150 non-refundable application fee, student(s) will be placed on a waitlist, if applicable.  The $150 non-refundable application fee may be applied toward enrollment fees, if accepted. 

2.  Submit Teacher/Administrator Recommendations to current school.  Forms from teachers/administrators must be sent directly to the Office at Ave Maria Catholic School. 

3.  Submit Release of Records Form to current school.  Official transcripts must be mailed or faxed directly from current school to Ave Maria Catholic School. 

4.  You will be contacted after the office has received all of the above documents to schedule an entrance assessment and interview with an administrator.
