Angels in Action; Childcare Ministry offers childcare during the 9:30 am Sunday Mass and during other church events. Stewards create a faithful environment in which children and adults can share and grow their faith through play, prayer, activities and songs.

Knights of Columbus #7880 is a fraternal organization dedicated to the support of religious and family activities. It provides Catholic men over the age of 18 with volunteer opportunities in service to the Catholic Church, our parish community, families, and young people.

Knights of Columbus Ladies Auxiliary is a women's service organization that supports the Knights of Columbus, Ave Maria Church, and multiple charities. The Auxiliary supports the Knights with the sale of desserts at the Fish Fries; they also decorate the church and support charities through the sale of Poinsettias and Lilies. The ladies provide many devotional and gift items through the Religious Goods Case located in Dwyer Hall. Items may be purchased from the parish receptionist during business hours or at the Knights of Columbus e-bucks table after weekend Masses.

Leisure Club is a social group for parishioners 50 years and over. The club meets September through May on the 2nd Sunday of the month to enjoy coffee, fellowship and plan upcoming events. Leisure Club hosts a reception after the Wedding Anniversary Blessing on the 2nd Saturday of each month. Wednesday Warriors is part of Leisure Club and its members do light maintenance for the parish. Leisure club supports the parish with a fundraising event each spring for a selected parish need. They also provide an annual award to one male and one female graduate of Ave Maria Catholic School.

Quilters Ministry meet the 2nd and 4th Mondays of the month and make beautiful items from the fabric donated to the ministry. Each year they give away approximately 50 lap quilts to hospitals and nursing homes, they also have various fund raisers to help support our Hands of Hope group who go to Mexico and build houses. If you like to sew or quilt or would like to learn to sew or quilt, contact this ministry. They have quilters of all levels of experience and are happy to help.

Scouts
Boy Scouts and Cub Scouts support young men six to eighteen years of age by focusing on age appropriates fun and activities, emphasizing outdoor adventure and skills. Ave Maria’s scouting program develops a young man’s traditional Christian and civic values while he learns practical life lessons. We also reinforce Church teaching through the Catholic religious awards program. Jumpstart your future, develop real-world leadership skills, and instill self discipline as part of our team.
Girl Scouts helps girls 5-18 years develop courage, confidence and character to make the world a better place. Girl Scout activities encompass civic, faith and community service projects. Girls are grouped by grade level, Daisies, Brownies, Juniors, Cadets, Seniors and Ambassadors.
